East Yorkshire Cricket is a not for profit volunteer run organisation whose purpose is to continue work previously undertaken by the former East Yorkshire Cricket Coaches Association and in partnership with other interested stakeholders support the development and delivery of cricket and matters incidental thereto throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire, the City and County of Kingston upon Hull and the Selby Local Authority area.

In particular the organisation undertakes  the running of Junior Representative Cricket in the area. That is the East Yorkshire and Selby District Cricket teams and the East Yorkshire (including Hull) Joe Lumb and Junior Cricket Festival  teams. In respect of the Joe Lumb and junior Cricket Festival competitions the organisation is the area entering body.

The organisation also specifically seeks to support Women and Girls cricket in the area together with all other forms of cricket such as for those with visual impairment and/or any other disability.

 

Further it is an aim and objective of the organisation to raise funds to support Junior Representative Cricket in the Area and any other activities that may be entered into consistent with the these purpose and aims
